Inbound call control

  • With Call Control is on, when a caller dial customer for the first time, he will be prompted to enter a random number on his keypad (voice captcha). If caller enter it successfully, the call will go through to the customer, and the same caller won’t be prompted again during the next call. Robocall will not be able to recognize digits, thus it will not bother customer anymore.
